DAYTONA BEACH—Organizers revealed the massive Welcome to Rockville 2027 lineup earlier today. Over 150 legacy acts will invade Daytona International Speedway. Headliners include Blink-182, Korn, and Machine Gun Kelly. The Welcome to Rockville 2027 lineup aims to unite every man who ever punched a drywall panel.
1. Blink-182 Will Perform in Custom Orthotic Vans
The pop-punk legends promise a high-energy set. Medical staff will monitor Tom DeLonge's sciatica between songs. They plan to play 'All the Small Things' at a slightly slower tempo to prevent sudden cardiac events.
2. Korn Introduces Bagpipe-Based Hearing Aid Technology
Jonathan Davis will test custom hearing aids shaped like tiny bagpipes during their set. The band installed giant subwoofers directly into the festival ground soil. This helps fans feel the bass through their orthopedic sandals.
3. Machine Gun Kelly to Switch Genres Mid-Song
Machine Gun Kelly pledged to change genres four times during his 45-minute slot. He will transition from pop-punk to country-trap before finishing with an acoustic sea shanty. 'We must evolve every twelve minutes,' said Marcus Bellweather, Senior VP of Playlist Emotional Intelligence at Spotify.
4. Alice in Chains Set to Include Mandatory Naps
Grunge icons Alice in Chains requested a 20-minute intermision during their twilight performance. Festival organizers will hand out warm milk in branded souvenir cups. The pit will temporarily turn into a quiet reading lounge.
5. The Offspring Will hand Out Free Prostate Screenings
The Offspring will team up with local healthcare providers behind the sound tent. Fans over 40 can get quick checkups between singalongs. 'Keep 'Em Separated' will play on a loop inside the screening tents.
6. Monster Energy to Replace Florida's Municipal Water Supply
Local authorities will pump Original Green Monster Energy directly into city taps for four days. 'This is the most efficient way to hydrate this specific demographic,' said Gordon Flense, Deputy Undersecretary for Things That Were Fine Before. Festival gates open at dawn so attendees can take their acid reflux medication early.
