WASHINGTON—The Global Bureau of Electoral Safety today issued an immediate, voluntary democracy recall notice for all upcoming Ukrainian elections due to severe operational hazards. Regulators determined that holding a vote during active hostilities could void the nation’s structural warranty. The democracy recall notice covers all ballots, voting booths, and civilian hopes of representative input scheduled for the upcoming fiscal year.
Severe Hazard Detected
According to safety inspectors, the physical act of voting under fire poses a direct risk of national destruction. "We found that democracy operates best in climate-controlled, non-artillery conditions," said Lucinda Okonkwo-Bright, Director of Forward-Looking Regret at Meta, who consulted on the federal safety guidelines. "Our modeling shows that pulling a voting lever while avoiding drone strikes causes high levels of voter friction. We advise citizens to return their democratic expectations to the manufacturer immediately." The agency urges users to consult historical election data to remember what the product once looked like.
The safety advisory follows recent friction between leadership figures regarding national stability. Analysts warn that installing a temporary replacement government during a crisis could cause systemic hardware failure across all administrative branches.
Approved Remedies and Replacements
"We did not design the current civic model to withstand high-impact ballistic contact," said Arthur Pendelton, Chief Inspector of Defective Sovereignties. "This democracy recall notice ensures citizens do not accidentally damage their country by trying to run it. We recommend replacing all voting behavior with silent, unified compliance until further notice." Affected units include all registered voters currently residing within sovereign borders.
The agency recommends storing all unused ballots in a dry, dark place. At press time, regulators announced that citizens could exchange their unused 2024 presidential votes for a commemorative, non-transferable safety whistle.
