PHOENIX—The organizers of the annual M3F Fest today announced their new, completely friction-free 2027 roster. The update comes after artist Jane Remover requested the removal of the Israeli rock trio Temper City. Rather than navigate the complex geopolitical landscape of independent music bookings, festival planners decided to implement a policy of absolute, serene silence regarding the matter.
A Synergy of Booking Excellence
"We are thrilled to present our most compliant lineup yet," said Gordon Flense, Deputy Undersecretary for Things That Were Fine Before. "By quietly dropping Jane Remover from the bill, we have avoided several uncomfortable emails. Our core mission has always been to provide a safe space for expensive beer and mid-tier indie rock. We believe this new lineup achieves that synergy perfectly."
Festival organizers confirmed they did not contact Temper City during the process. They instead focused their energy on securing more food trucks. The M3F Fest Lineup Update represents a bold step forward in festival diplomacy. That diplomacy relies entirely on hoping everyone forgets about the conflict by March.
