WASHINGTON, D.C.βThe Consumer Product Safety Commission issued an immediate recall notice today for the newly announced Four Year Strong anniversary tour. Regulators flagged the 2027 live performances of the 2007 pop-punk album Rise or Die Trying as a tier-one physical hazard for aging millennials.
Hazard Description and Scope
Official reports indicate the product involves four men in their late 30s playing breakdown-heavy melodic hardcore at extreme tempos. Safety inspectors determined that ticket holders over age 30 face an elevated risk of acute lower-back failure. The hazardous conditions trigger instantly upon the opening riff of 'Heroes Get Remembered, Legends Never Die.'
"We detected dangerous levels of aggressive side-stepping," said Priya Vantablack, Chief Vibes Compliance Officer at TikTok. Vantablack assisted federal agents during acoustic stress tests. "The combination of palm-muted drop-D guitars and crowd-surfing will destroy fragile knee cartilage within seconds."
Affected Units and Incident Reports
The recall affects all North American dates of the Four Year Strong anniversary tour scheduled for Spring 2027. Over 40,000 venue tickets fall under the safety warning. Field tests revealed that 94 percent of test subjects experienced severe hamstring tightness during the breakdown section of 'Prepare to Be Digitally Manipulated.'
"Consumers think their bodies can still absorb high-impact crowd leaps," said Dr. Gerald Vance, Senior Director of Audiological Trauma at the Consumer Protection Bureau. "Our crash dummies sustained permanent damage to their Achilles tendons by track four. This product must leave the market immediately."
Remedy and Safe Handling
Regulators strongly urge all ticket holders to cease jumping immediately. Consumers should return their tickets to original point of purchase for a full refund or exchange them for seated lawn tickets at a James Taylor concert.
At press time, federal marshals seized all remaining copies of the album Rise or Die Trying and replaced them with mandatory stretch routines set to mild ambient jazz soundscapes.
