WASHINGTON—The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a nationwide recall on Thursday for the 2024 Trump Campaign Rally, citing a critical design flaw that poses an immediate risk to the political survival of embattled Republicans nationwide.
Severe Hazard Warning
According to federal regulators, the Trump Campaign Rally contains volatile rhetorical compounds. These compounds can cause sudden, irreversible damage to moderate suburban polling numbers within a 50-mile radius. "We discovered that exposure to the Trump Campaign Rally causes independent voters to break out in hives and immediately flee toward the nearest exit," said Dr. Helene Vasquez-Thorne, Lead Researcher at the Center for Studies That Confirm What You Already Suspected. "In extreme cases, the product has led to the total collapse of incumbent campaigns."
Affected units include all scheduled appearances for embattled Republicans in swing districts. The hazard increases significantly when the product is operated in high-humidity gymnasium environments. Regulators warned that the product may suddenly deviate from its promised economic messaging and begin operating on personal grievances, which can cause severe damage to nearby down-ballot candidates.
Remedy And Disposal
"We are urging all swing-state candidates to immediately unplug the Trump Campaign Rally from their schedules," said Janet Holloway, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Things That Shouldn't Exist. "If you have already purchased a rally, please store it in a secure, deep-red congressional district until after November." Candidates who cannot cancel their rallies are advised to stand at least 150 feet away from the podium to minimize the career-ending fallout.
At press time, several embattled Republicans reported they had successfully replaced their scheduled rallies with much safer, non-toxic alternatives like a moderate, silent shrug.
