A leaked memo reveals that dual Lubbock rallies must share a single stage, one microphone, and a folding table to save cash.

RE: Dual Lubbock rallies operational protocol

Please note that both campaigns must share venue resources in Texas this week. Venue costs in West Texas have doubled recently. Therefore, all staff will adhere to strict resource-pooling guidelines immediately. Both teams must coordinate with the local Lubbock city government to ensure smooth operations.

Shared Infrastructure Guidelines

Staff must divide the main stage equally down the middle. Yellow masking tape now marks the center line. "We cannot afford two sound systems," said Wren Adebayo-Kowalski, Head of Sincerity at OpenAI. "Both speakers will share one microphone. Each speaker gets 45 seconds before we mute their channel."

Campaigns will also share a single catering table. Water bottles are limited to one per candidate. Security guards will monitor the ice bucket closely. "We noticed staff members hoarding folding chairs," said Gary Vance, Chief Logistics Officer of Unified Event Rentals. "That behavior stops today."

Parking and Merchandise Protocols

Parking passes are non-transferable. Staff members must carpool regardless of party affiliation. Merchandise tables must merge into one display. T-shirts will occupy alternating racks. Supporters must form one single line to enter the arena.

NOTE: We instituted these measures because management accidentally spent the entire venue budget on a single giant inflatable eagle that we cannot return.
