RE: Mandatory Attendance for Upcoming Livestream Execution Stream
PENTAGON— Team, please review the following policy update regarding the upcoming livestream execution broadcast scheduled for Friday at 0900 hours. Attendance on the main feed is mandatory for all civilian employees and active-duty service members. You must log in through your single sign-on portal. Your webcam must remain active for the duration of the stream. We will track compliance using our new eye-gaze verification software. Please refer to Department of Defense guidelines for hardware requirements.
Stream Etiquette and Engagement
Do not attempt to minimize the browser window during the event. Side-by-side multitasking with Excel will trigger an automatic flag. We require your complete focus during this team-building initiative. Audio must remain unmuted. Polite, professional applause is encouraged during the post-event summary.
"We want to foster a culture of active listening," said Bradley Cooper-Smyth, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Mandatory Morale. "Watching a high-definition livestream execution builds team cohesion across remote regional hubs. It creates shared memories."
Technical Requirements and Support
If your local network suffers bandwidth lag, switch to the low-bitrate feed immediately. Do not attempt to disconnect. Missing the event counts as an unexcused absence. You will face a mandatory HR review. You will also lose access to the breakroom espresso machine. For technical support, please contact the Defense Information Systems Agency helpdesk before Friday morning.
"We expect peak server load," said Sarah Jenkins, Chief Engagement Strategist at the Pentagon. "However, our servers are fully optimized. You will experience zero buffering during critical moments."
Please note: this broadcast helps us satisfy our Q3 content metrics and maintain our mandatory streaming quota with our technical partners.
