WASHINGTON—The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a nationwide product recall of the Tim Cook recall unit, a high-performing executive model manufactured between August 2011 and early 2025.
Federal officials issued the emergency order following reports of critical firmware degradation in the unit. The hazard manifests as a sudden loss of charismatic feedback. Affected units also suffer from an automated loop. This loop forces the subject to repeat "good morning" to empty rooms. The agency urges all enterprise clients to disconnect their units immediately.
Spontaneous Corporate Synergy Hazard
"We discovered a fatal bug in the legacy operating system," said Dr. Aris Thorne, Chairperson of the Federal Executive Safety Board. "After 15 years of continuous operation, the internal margins began to fray. The Tim Cook recall became necessary when several units attempted to merge with local foliage."
The agency identified approximately one unit currently in circulation. The defect impacts all corporate quarters. The manufacturer has already deployed a replacement unit, the John Ternus model, to mitigate stock market panic.
Remedy And Return Instructions
"We advise users not to attempt any manual reboots of the executive," said Agnes Periwinkle, Head of Audience Sedation at Live Nation, who assisted in the initial product safety audit. "If you encounter the unit, speak softly about profit margins. Then guide it toward a cardboard shipping container."
Authorized retail locations will accept the returned executive. Consumers will receive a complimentary cleaning cloth as compensation. At press time, federal agents reported that the recalled unit had successfully locked itself inside a secure storage closet and was softly chanting "designed by Apple in California" to a mop.
