WASHINGTON—The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a urgent national recall today for the federal government's official Mideast war policy following reports of sudden, catastrophic escalation in foreign battlefields. Officials warned that affected units may ignite regional conflicts without prior warning.
Hazard Description
Regulators identified a fatal design flaw in foreign policy units deployed to the Arabian Peninsula. The defect causes tactical maneuvers to trigger unintended retaliatory strikes. "We noticed multiple instances of severe overheating in regional stability," said Dr. Helene Vasquez-Thorne, Lead Researcher at the Center for Studies That Confirm What You Already Suspected. "The current apparatus cannot safely contain rising geopolitical tensions without melting down completely."
The recall affects approximately 10,000 diplomatic initiatives, bilateral defense pacts, and carrier strike group deployments. Affected items feature serial numbers starting with "USA-GULF-2024" through "USA-GULF-2025." Consumers should immediately stop using these strategies.
Remedy and Action Plan
The agency urges commanders to return all active Mideast war policy directives to the nearest naval base for a full refund or strategic exchange. "Do not attempt to field-repair this strategy with emergency airstrikes," warned Arthur Pendelton, Chief Safety Inspector for the Bureau of International Miscalculations. "Field modifications will only double the threat level."
Wall Street reacted quickly to the safety announcement. "Investors dislike volatile inventory," noted Barnaby Quill, Senior Analyst of Unsolicited Forecasts at Goldman Sachs. "A full product recall represents the safest fiscal path forward for global supply chains."
At press time, federal inspectors began boxing up several dozen carrier strike groups for safe disposal in a warehouse near Topeka.
